Minimum Hiring Wage:From $39.37 per hourJob Details:Scheduled Hours: 7:00pm - 7:30am, every other weekendJob Description:A Brief OverviewFacilitates the efficient transfer of patients between facilities. The Transfer Center Coordinator is a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for coordinating the safe, timely, and efficient transfer of patients into, out, and within the healthcare system. This role serves as a central point of communication between referring facilities, physicians, nursing leadership, bed management, and ancillary departments to ensure appropriate placement of patients based on clinical needs, bed availability, and organizational capabilities.
