We’re a fast-growing creative company with a hands-on, collaborative culture and we're currently expanding our internal team to support upcoming productions and new projects.POSITION OVERVIEWWe’re seeking an experienced Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner who understands the entertainment and creative production landscape. The ideal candidate will be able to strategically attract, evaluate, and hire outstanding talent across administrative, marketing, creative, and operational roles.You’ll collaborate directly with our leadership team to refine hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and source candidates who thrive in fast-paced, creative environments.RESPONSIBILITES Partner with leadership to define hiring priorities across departments (admin, marketing, production, creative, etc) Source, screen, and recommend qualified candidates for full-time, part-time, and project-based roles Oversee the end-to-end hiring process Advise on candidate experience and best practices for hiringIDEAL BACKGROUND Proven track record recruiting in the entertainment, creative, or media production space Strong understanding of the entertainment landscape and key creative roles Track record of filling roles across the board — from producers and editors, to marketing and operations staff Exceptional communication, organization, and people-reading skills Comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environmentPlease submit résumé, cover letter, and any relevant materials with application to recruiter@AMediaInc.com.
