His unique sound—a fusion of high-octane rock, blues, and his proprietary "Rocklife" genre—has earned him a reputation for delivering world-class live experiences to corporate elites, diplomats, and music lovers worldwide.The GoalWe are looking for an experienced, Los Angeles-based Artist Manager to spearhead the global rollout and touring strategy for Dabyna’s upcoming World Cup single “Welcome To America” and US debut album “Born American”. As we look toward the 2026 World Cup, the primary focus is to:Execute a Global Tour: Leverage the energy of the World Cup single to secure high-profile festival slots and stadium appearances across North America, Europe, and beyond.Strategic Brand Expansion: Establish a permanent footprint in the U.S. market, specifically targeting the vibrant music scene in California and larger global circuits.Partnership & Distribution: Secure international record deals and brand sponsorships that align with Dabyna’s status as an African rock icon.The Ideal CandidateThe right manager will have a deep network in the LA music industry, experience managing international tours, and a passion for alternative/rock music with a global twist. Role Description For an artist of Dabyna’s caliber—a "King of Afrorock" with a specific global milestone like the World Cup—the role of a manager is high-stakes and multifaceted. 1.Key ResponsibilitiesTour & Live Strategy: Identifying and securing high-profile festival slots, stadium appearances, and corporate events that align with the World Cup cycle.Business & Legal Oversight: Negotiating performance fees, distribution deals, and brand sponsorships. To act as gatekeeper and lead negotiator to ensure Artist aren't exploited.Team Leadership: Assembling and managing the rest of Artist "village," including booking agents (who focus only on gigs), PR firms, band and tour crew.Financial Planning: Managing the tour budget, tracking expenses in real-time, and ensuring all parties are paid correctly. This will be a hybrid contract commission based job to run for an initial six months, after which a full time contract can be considered based on manager’s performance. Qualifications Artistic management experience with a focus on scheduling, career planning, and strategic directionExceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectivelyFamiliarity with the entertainment industry and experience with public relations, branding, and marketing strategiesStrong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skillsKnowledge of contract management and budget planningAbility to work in a hybrid setup and within the Los Angeles, CA areaProficiency in collaboration tools and industry standard softwarePassion for the arts and commitment to supporting artists’ professional growthA college degree in Business, Arts Management, Public Relations, or a relevant field is a plusSummary:The Artist Manager will serve as the strategic lead for the World Cup single global rollout.
