Join a dynamic anesthesia team where you can provide high-quality care for patients aged 2 and up, with a supportive environment and no on-call responsibilities. Start Date: 5/1/26 Position Highlights:* Monday-Friday coverage with flexible 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts * No call required * 7:00 AM start, with end times varying (3 PM, 5 PM, or 7 PM) * Patient population: pediatric (2+) through adultClinical Details & Responsibilities* Administer general anesthesia, regional anesthesia (spinals, epidurals), and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) * Manage airway (including difficult airway, intubation, LMA) and ventilators * Pre-anesthesia assessment and post-anesthesia care * Rapid decision-making during intraoperative emergencies (malignant hyperthermia, hypotension, hemodynamic instability) * Independently manage cases from pre-op through PACU * Comfort with C-sections and OB anesthesia * Quickly adapt to facility protocols and work in both supervised and independent practice GI modelsSupport & Technology:* EMR/Documentation System: EpicRequirements* Board Certified (NBCRNA) * Active Pennsylvania license required * ACLS, CSR, DEA required * Mandatory vaccines * Credentialing/privileging timeframe: 60 daysRecruitWell can set up a phone call with you and the client to discuss this position in more detail.
