Responsibilities Conduct regular inspections and perform necessary adjustments to maintain equipment efficiency. Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. Execute preventive maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of machinery and reduce unexpected failures. Interpret technical diagrams and manuals to facilitate accurate equipment setup and repairs. Collaborate with team members to optimize equipment performance and address any production challenges. Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Qualifications Required Skills High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Ability to interpret technical documents, including diagrams and manuals. Proficiency with machine shop tools and equipment. Capable of performing physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods. Preferred Skills Experience in food and beverage manufacturing or a related field. Familiarity with roll forming and thermoforming machines. Experience with packaging equipment and processes. Basic computer and math skills for data analysis and reporting.
