Maintenance Technician - Week Day Shift

If you’re excited to join the team and grow with us, we want to hear from you!What You’ll DoInspect, diagnose, and repair production and finishing equipment including CNC laser cutters, press brakes, and finishing equipmentPerform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and consistent production outputTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues across production and facility systemsWork closely with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performanceMonitor and support operator-level maintenance practices, ensuring daily cleaning, inspections, and basic maintenance tasks are consistently performedMaintain maintenance logs, equipment documentation, and spare parts inventoryHelp identify and track critical spare parts and consumables needed to keep operations running efficientlyAssist in developing and maintaining maintenance procedures and safety documentationParticipate in equipment upgrades, installations and continuous improvement projectsSupport general facility maintenance including lighting, HVAC coordination, and minor building repairsMinimum QualificationsPrior maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environmentBasic knowledge of mechanical systems, motors, conveyors, and industrial equipmentBasic understanding of electrical systems, compressed air, hydraulics, and industrial plumbingAbility to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues using standard maintenance tools and proceduresExperience performing preventative maintenance tasksAbility to read and interpret equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and safety documentationStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsAbility to follow safety procedures and maintain organized maintenance recordsPreferred QualificationsExperience maintaining CNC laser cutters, press brakes, finishing systems, or similar fabrication equipmentFamiliarity with electrical controls, sensors, relays, and motor drivesExperience with hydraulics and pneumatic systemsFamiliarity with facility systems such as dust collection, compressors, and power distributionExperience working with OEM vendors or equipment manufacturersForklift experiencePhysical RequirementsAbility to repeatedly lift 25 lbs and lift up to 50 lbsAbility to stand and walk for 10 to 12 hour shiftsAbility to bend, reach, and work around large industrial equipmentWork EnvironmentManufacturing and production floor environmentExposure to noise, temperature variation, moving machinery, metal materials, and finishing chemistryUse of required protective equipment at all timesBenefitsMedical, Dental, & Vision coveragePaid holidays + PTO401K with company match Tuition reimbursement Paid parental leave Short-term disability Lunch provided dailyEmployee discount on parts ScheduleMonday - Thursday 5:00am - 3:00pm
