OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Outreach & Campaign Support Specialist to support our sales and marketing efforts through outbound execution, research, and pipeline coordination. This role is ideal for someone who can balance hands-on outreach with structured organization, data management, and campaign support in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesExecute outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and emailResearch and identify target prospects aligned with campaign goalsBuild and maintain accurate prospect lists and databasesQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteriaConduct consistent follow-ups to drive engagement and conversionsMaintain and update CRM systems and tracking spreadsheetsTrack outreach performance, engagement, and campaign activityProvide basic reporting on pipeline, outreach efforts, and campaign resultsCollaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize messaging and targetingRequirementsExperience in a sales, marketing, or agency environment preferredProven experience with outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email campaigns)Strong research and data organization skillsFamiliarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Constant Contact, or similarComfortable using tools like Google Drive and Google MeetExcellent written communication skills in EnglishStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasksSelf-motivated, organized, and results-drivenNice to HaveExperience working in a marketing agency or B2B environmentExposure to lead generation, list building, or campaign managementBasic understanding of sales pipelines and funnel metrics
