Through our technology, which includes robotics and autonomy, we are decarbonizing delivery, decreasing road congestion, and reducing fossil fuel consumption and air pollution while providing equitable access to billions of people and building a more resilient global supply chain.This role will be based out of our South San Francisco HQ with the flexibility to WFH 1-2 times a week after successful onboarding.What You'll Do:Cash posting and reconcilingHandle prepaids, deposits, and accrualsCreate and enter monthly journal entries for various accountsCreate and enter inter-company journal entries and settle inter-company accountsReconcile various accountsAssist with financial reportingPrepare and gather information and reports requested by auditorsAssist with special projects as neededFoster a strong working relationship with external and internal stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is required4+ years of relevant accounting experience (public accounting is a plus)CPA (nice to have, but not required)Working experience with GAAPProficient in ExcelExperience with NetSuite is a plusData analytics skillsDetail-oriented approach with strong organization skillsStrong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and listening skillsDemonstrated ability to embrace and adapt to changeAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work effectively in teams, absorb information quickly, and having a deep desire to learn and succeed.What Else You Need to Know: The starting cash range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000. Please note that this is a target, starting cash range for a candidate who meets the minimum qualifications for this role. The final cash pay for this role will depend on a variety of factors, including a specific candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, working location, and projected impact.
