Summary:The Nursing Assistant knows and understands the philosophy, objectives, policies and procedures of Nursing Service. Under the supervision of the professional nurse, the Nursing Assistant provides basic nursing care to assigned patients. Responsibilities:Understands and demonstrates current OSHA standards.Records patient care accurately on the Patient Care Flow SheetPractices telephone courtesy and communicates appropriate information to patients, visitors, and personnel from other departments.
