Their work has delivered substantial revenue growth and consistently improved creative performance across a diverse portfolio of brands.About The RoleWe are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Video Editor who doesn’t just execute edits, but thinks in video. This role goes beyond technical execution—you will interpret creative briefs, make independent editorial decisions, and craft high-converting video ads optimized for paid social platforms.You will work closely with creative strategists who provide the concept, messaging, and structure—but you will be responsible for selecting the right visuals, pacing, and storytelling approach to bring each idea to life. The ideal candidate understands what makes content convert, knows how to hook attention instantly, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesEdit high-converting video ads (15–60 seconds) for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts using UGC, testimonials, product demos, and B-rollProduce 12–15 video concepts per week across multiple brands while maintaining consistent qualityInterpret creative briefs independently and select the most effective footage from asset libraries (Google Drive, DAM systems, etc.)Apply direct response frameworks, including strong hooks, benefit-driven storytelling, social proof sequencing, and conversion-focused CTAsEdit in a native, platform-first style aligned with TikTok and Reels aesthetics (organic, authentic, scroll-stopping content)Deliver multiple creative variations (hooks, pacing, CTAs) for A/B testingIncorporate feedback quickly and efficiently as part of an iterative creative processUse AI tools (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar) to generate voiceovers and enhance production workflowsLeverage AI for captioning, subtitles, and other efficiency improvementsStay updated on emerging AI tools and suggest workflow optimizationsSource music, sound effects, and overlays to enhance performanceExport platform-optimized videos with correct formats, aspect ratios, and safe zonesMaintain well-organized project files across multiple brand accountsRequirements3+ years of experience editing paid social or direct-response video content (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)Strong portfolio demonstrating both high-performing ads and native-style social contentProven ability to work from creative briefs and make independent editorial decisionsProficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus)Experience with AI voiceover tools (e.g., ElevenLabs or similar)Familiarity with AI-assisted editing workflows, captioning tools, or emerging production technologiesDeep understanding of direct response principles: hooks, pacing, benefit stacking, social proof, and CTAsAbility to handle high output (12–15 videos per week) without compromising qualityExperience with collaboration tools such as Google Drive, Slack, and AsanaAccess to personal editing setup (hardware and software)Strong written English skills for daily communication with international teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with DTC ecommerce brands with significant paid social budgetsUnderstanding of creative performance metrics (hook rate, hold rate, CTR, etc.)Motion graphics and After Effects skills for advanced animations and overlaysExperience using DAM systems (Recharm, Frame.io, or similar)UGC editing experience with a strong sense of authenticity and performanceCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive compensation based on experience and skill levelFull-time contract with consistent workload and long-term stabilityOpportunity to work with high-growth brands and performance-focused teamsFast-paced, collaborative, and creative work environmentCareer growth opportunities as the company continues to scaleReady to Apply?If you are a proactive video editor who understands performance marketing, thrives in a high-output environment, and enjoys turning creative concepts into results-driven content, we encourage you to apply!
