HR GeneralistLocation: Hybrid/In-Office Options  About the Role   TechnoMile is seeking a Human Resource Generalist to join our team. This team member will report to our HR Director and will undertake a variety of human resource duties from administrative support work, to coordinating events & meetings, and being involved in the recruiting and the onboarding process.  What You’ll Do  Provide administrative support to the Human Resource department  Maintain accurate and confidential human resource records. Update HRIS (ADP preferred) system on an ongoing basis and maintain digital files.   Assist with new-hire onboarding  Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for the Human Resource department.  Strong technical presentation skills necessary  Assist the HR Director with benefits administrator  Use data and metrics to provide statistical reporting  Assist with payroll & expenses Support the HR Team with ongoing and special HR projects  Be an integral part of corporate culture Recruiting: job postings, back-end reporting/ metrics, onboarding  Support offshore HR team as needed   Qualifications:   Bachelor's Degree  Minimum of 2 year of HR or Administrative Support experience Experience using Excel and PowerPoint to develop charts/reports  Strong attention to detail  Experience working with HRIS system Excellent organization skills, with the proven ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines   Who We Are:  TechnoMile provides AI-enabled cloud solutions that empower GovCon, aerospace and defense, and other government-focused companies to modernize operations.
