Job Title Human Resources Manager Duties Manages the HAF/A3 Operations overall Workforce Planning, Attrition, Development, and Training ensuring all HR actions complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets both internal and external customer needs. Oversees and manages the civilian hiring process for the AF/A3 with varied functions and several major legal support program areas with frequently changing requirements. Maintains a continuous liaison with 3Ltr Directorates, Supervisors, FOAs, AFPC, MAJCOMs, Headquarters counterparts to integrate HR support actions. Civilian Resource advisor to the Resources Chief on matters pertaining to OPM law, policies, human resource strategy and execution within the HAF/A3 portfolio.
