Fleet Development Manager

We move fast, operate lean, and focus on smart fleet composition over vanity scale.The RoleWe're looking for a Fleet Development Manager who can help us scale intelligently, someone who thrives in a dynamic environment where results matter more than processes.This is not a traditional corporate fleet planning position, it's adeal-driven, relationship-first growth roleresponsible forsourcing, closing, and onboarding aircraftinto our floating charter fleet.You'll partner directly with ownership and leadership to identify opportunities, pitch aircraft owners, structure management agreements, and bring aircraft onlinequickly and profitably.You should be confident building pipeline, running numbers, negotiating terms, and solving onboarding challenges in real time.Key ResponsibilitiesAircraft Sourcing & Pipeline:Develop and manage relationships with aircraft owners, brokers, and referral partners to build a strong acquisition pipeline targeting aircraft types aligned with charter demand.Owner Acquisition:Create and present compelling charter revenue projections, negotiate management agreements and lease structures, and close deals to bring new aircraft into the fleet.Fractional Sales & Program Development: Lead the development and growth of fractional ownership and share-based access programs, including defining share structures, pricing models, and utilization frameworks.Fleet Evaluation & Financial Modeling:Analyze aircraft performance based on demand, yield, and operational cost data; build accurate pro formas; and recommend aircraft types and markets that optimize profitability and utilization.Onboarding Coordination:Partner with Operations, Maintenance, Safety, and Sales teams to bring aircraft online efficiently, ensuring conformity, regulatory compliance, and minimal time-to-revenue.Performance Management:Track the performance of newly added aircraft, identify underperforming assets, and implement strategic improvements to ensure transparency, owner satisfaction, and long-term value.Qualifications3 to 7 years of experience inbusiness aviation, preferably within Part 135 operations, aircraft management, charter sales, brokerage, or fleet planning.Strong understanding offloating fleet operations and economics, including utilization models and revenue optimization.Proven experience in fractional sales, with a track record of closing high-value ownership share deals.Proven ability tonegotiate and build trustwith high-net-worth aircraft owners and partners.Financial acumenwith the ability to model, present, and defend revenue projections and deal structures.Key CompetenciesDeal-Oriented: Builds strong relationships and turns opportunities into signed agreements.Action-Driven: Moves quickly, tackles challenges directly, and gets things done.Results-Focused: Thinks in ROI and measurable outcomes, not hierarchy or process.Strategic Doer: Balances big-picture thinking with hands-on execution.Ownership Mindset: Operates independently with urgency, accountability, and commitment to success.Job TypeHybridCompensation And BenefitsCompetitive base salaryAggressive performance bonus tied to aircraft added and revenue performanceLong-term upside potential as the fleet scalesFully paid health, dental and vision insurance for the employeePaid Time Off (PTO)401k Plan w/Matching
