This position will be responsible for supervising logistics operations and workers within a defined scope of the logistics operations on site. Manages and trains employees, prepares reports, ensures the quality and service level of the activity.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support daily logistics operationsTrain and guide team members to meet performance goalsMonitor and report on key operational metricsPromote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvementEnsure customer satisfaction and respond to feedbackQualifications & Skills Requirements:High School Diploma or GED (or higher)Minimum of 2 years of team lead or supervisory experience in a logistics or warehouse environment (preferred)Aviation industry experience is a plusWorking knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong computer literacyHighly organized and detail-orientedEffective time management and interpersonal skillsWorking ConditionsAbility to lift up to 50 lbs regularlyFrequent walking, standing, stair climbing, and sittinProfile and other information related to the positionCompensation consists of a $62,000 base salary.
