Traveling Senior Project ManagerPosition Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Traveling Senior Project Manager to oversee and direct construction projects across various locations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping projects, ensuring that all work is executed to the highest standards while meeting deadlines and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple construction projects from initiation to completion in a timely and cost-effective manner.Coordinate and supervise the work of engineering and construction teams, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations.Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets; track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.Manage relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the smooth progression of projects.Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, with a focus on MEP, HVAC, plumbing, and process piping.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects.Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to travel frequently and work on-site at various locations.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision Insurance - 100% Paid for Employee 401(k) with 50% Company Match (no cap) and immediate 100% vestingAnnual bonuses based on performance and profitabilityLife InsuranceDisabilityPTO..and more!
