Their primary responsibility will be managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting reporting, budgeting, and overall financial operations to ensure organizational efficiency and compliance. Keep reading for more details!What’s in it for you:1st shift opportunityHybrid schedule once fully trainedCompetitive hourly rate between $40-$60/hr. depending on experience Contract opportunity scheduled to last 4-6 monthsWhat your day will look like:Accurately process and maintain financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and expense reports, while ensuring timely and efficient recordkeeping. Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting discrepancies and financial irregularities to maintain accurate financial records. Manage and maintain vendor contracts, lease agreements, and related documentation with strong attention to detail. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure prompt payments, collections, and account reconciliation. Support budgeting and forecasting initiatives by monitoring financial performance and tracking expenses against budget goals. Maintain and update financial databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Assist in developing and implementing financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to improve operational efficiency and compliance. Stay informed on financial regulations, industry standards, and best practices to support compliance and continuous process improvement. Partner with finance, operations, and leadership teams to support financial planning, reporting, and strategic decision-making.What we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred. Previous experience as a Finance Coordinator or in a similar accounting or financial role required. Solid understanding of financial principles, accounting procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements. Adaptable and flexible in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with changing priorities. Professional certifications such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are considered an asset.
