Our idea of the ultimate candidate is one who is proactive, experienced, enjoys providing excellent service and can take ownership of their work.This position offers a flexible daily schedule and will be fully in-person in Livonia, MI.Position Responsibilities Include Maintain an accurate system of accounting record keeping in QuickBooks for Santeiu Vaults and related entitiesEstablish comprehensive controls and documenting processes for accounting and credit cardsManage cash flow through daily deposits and ACH payments and reconciliation of the company's bank and credit card accountsResponsible for collecting, reviewing, and interpreting financial data to produce accurate and timely financial reportsProcess payroll including tax and liability payments and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings and employment verificationsMaintain positive working relationships with all outside professional services, including vendors, CPA firm, financial institutions, etc.Process accounts payable and receivableResponsible for effectively handling all insurance-related auditsHR administration for all new and current employeesResponsible for the reconciliation of the company's cash and deposit accountsAbout YouThe ideal candidate for this role has QuickBooks expertise, an incredible attention to detail and is comfortable working in the death services industry.
