You will have the opportunity take a hands-on approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look beyond to understand how social determinants of health are affecting health outcomes. You will be onsite and in-person at the CenterWell Bannister clinic.A day in the life of a CenterWell physicianMonday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pmJoin an experienced team with an established patient panelSee 12-15 patients per day. Opportunity to spend more time with patientsLonger authorized appointments (45 minutes)Spend 100% of your time clinically focused on direct patient care, inclusive of patient-facing time and general administrative time as it relates to direct patient careRequired QualificationsDoctor of Medicine or Osteopathic MedicineBoard certified or board eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family Medicine or Internal MedicineValid, unrestricted license in the state of desired employment (or willing to obtain)Current, unrestricted DEA licenseIf selected for this role, we will require you to undergo TB screening.Preferred Qualifications:Minimum of two+ years of experience1+ years of experience managing Medicare Advantage panel of patientsKnowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage.Knowledge of HEDIS quality indicators.Fluent in Spanish and EnglishScheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$219,400 - $306,900 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
