Application Support & Maintenance (ASM), Project ManagementJob Description:Technical Project Manager:We are looking for an experienced IT Technical Project Manager to lead and deliver technology projects within our IT Services division. The role involves managing project scope, timelines, and vendor management, while ensuring alignment with business goals and IT standards.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end IT projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.Understand the application’s technical architecture and ensure alignment among all the stakeholders and team members.Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors.Track project progress, risks, and ensure on-time delivery.Escalate the risks and delays to the respective stakeholders, PMO team, Clinical leaders and Market directors.Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide project updates.Ensure projects comply with IT policies and security standards.Drive infrastructure migration projects, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrityParticipate in testing and validation of new releases, patches, and configuration changesDrive architecture decisions, migration plans, and standard operating proceduresCollaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth application performance and system reliabilityTotal Experience: 15+ years in ITRelevant Experience: Proficient and experienced driving designing , architecture, and application support, preferably in the healthcare domainDomain Expertise:Deep understanding of Healthcare IT systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
