Senior IT Program Manager

We are working with a leading technology integrator that provides full life cycle services and solutions in technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets for the U.S. federal government. This company is known for its deep customer and domain knowledge, delivering systems engineering and integration offerings for large, complex projects, driven by integrity and mission focus.The Role Lead all aspects of IT service delivery and client relationship management for a large ITIL infrastructure services contract Act as the senior leader responsible for all aspects of service delivery, ensuring client goals and business strategies are met or exceeded Manage technical, schedule, and financial aspects of IT service delivery, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building strong relationships with stakeholders Monitor and drive performance across all service offerings, implementing best practices and industry standards Lead innovative transformation by developing actionable plans, mentoring teams, and integrating methodologies like Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management, and KanbanWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, with 15+ years of related experience (Master's preferred) At least 15 years of infrastructure support experience, with at least 4 years supervising projects or project teams Extensive experience managing a fully outsourced IT infrastructure and operations program, especially in environments with stringent security requirements (e.g., federal government, financial services) Direct experience supporting large-scale programs encompassing IT operations, cybersecurity, data center management, and client support Proven leadership in driving Service Level Agreement achievement and resolving operational challenges In-depth implementation experience with customization of IT management tools (ServiceNow and SharePoint)What's On Offer Opportunity to lead high-impact IT programs Work with executive-level stakeholders on strategic IT initiatives Contribute to innovative transformations and continuous improvement Competitive salary range: $160,001 - $200,000Apply via Haystack today!
