Senior Program Manager

We are working with a leading technology integrator that provides full lifecycle services and solutions across technical, engineering, intelligence, and enterprise information technology markets for the U.S. federal government. This organization is renowned for its deep customer and domain knowledge, delivering innovative systems engineering and integration offerings for large, complex projects.The Role Lead all aspects of IT service delivery and client relationship management for a large ITIL infrastructure services contract Oversee strategic leadership, governance, and represent the contractor organization in executive meetings Manage technical, schedule, and financial aspects, ensuring all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership, building strong stakeholder relationships Drive performance across all service offerings, implementing best practices and continuous improvements Advocate for and lead innovative transformations, including new technologies and enhanced service capabilitiesWhat You'll Need Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field with 15+ years of experience (Master's preferred) At least 15 years of infrastructure support experience, including 4+ years supervising projects or teams Extensive experience managing fully outsourced IT infrastructure and operations programs in high-security environments Proven track record supporting large-scale programs encompassing IT operations, cybersecurity, and data center management Direct experience with transformative IT projects such as cloud migrations, cyber risk remediation, and ITIL transformations In-depth implementation experience with customization of IT management tools (ServiceNow and SharePoint)What's On Offer Opportunity to lead high-impact, mission-critical IT programs Engage with executive-level stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement Competitive salary range of $160,001 - $200,000 per yearApply via Haystack today!
