Customer Service Coordinator - Luxury Fashion Brand

Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking aCustomer Service Coordinatorto support their team on a temp basis in NYC! Duties: Manage and respond to customer inquiries through the Gorgias ticketing system, ensuring timely and professional communication Submit and monitor missing package claims, following through to resolution Process Farfetch orders, including creating return ASNs and ensuring accurate order handling Respond to Farfetch Partner Service emails, maintaining strong communication and partnership standards Action out-of-stock order cancellations and edits for direct-to-consumer e-commerce Review and resolve Needs Review returns within Loop, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction Coordinate after-sales service by submitting and tracking service tickets, ensuring timely updates and resolutions Qualifications: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer service tools (Gorgias, Loop, Farfetch is a plus) Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a deadline-driven environment Proactive problem-solver with a customer-first mindset Please submit your resume for consideration!
