Transportation Principal Project Manager

This position is hybrid in nature by a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration with our Mobility team across Ohio. Collaborating with other experienced transportation professionals, you will deliver transportation projects of various sizes and funding sources. The position also includes collaboration and growth opportunities to work with Arcadis offices outside of Ohio to help develop clients, pursue and secure work and oversee the execution of projects.Role accountabilities:Lead project teams to accomplish task assignments related to highway projects,Project roles include pursuit and project planning development; roundabout and intersection design; highway and interchange design; and public safety, all with a focus on qualityFull client engagement and responsibility for all aspects of project pursuit and developmentAbility to lead and manage all phases of a projectDevelop project scopes and budgets, interfacing with and maintenance of clients, and development of project plans and schedulesAssist as needed on other projects assigned and work with other Arcadis offices as needed.Interpersonal and client facing responsibilities will include excellent, clear, and concise, oral and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to coordinate meetings, resources, and presentations.Adhere to Arcadis' practices including quality and safety standardsQualifications & Experience:Required Qualifications* 10 years of progressive highway (ODOT and Ohio local municipalities) design or project management experience.* Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, or related fieldKey Attributes* Experience working in and leading multi-disciplinary teamsPreferred Qualifications15+ years of progressive highway (ODOT or Ohio local municipalities) design experience, including 7+ years of PM experience on DOT projectsBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Ohio PE license or ability to obtainActive participation in regional and/or national professional associations.Why Arcadis?We can only achieve our goals when everyone is empowered to be their best. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $123,000 - $163,000. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.#LI-VS1
