About the Job : ThePlant Maintenance Technicianis responsible for maintaining site reliability by performing high-quality inspections, troubleshooting basic preventative maintenance (PM) tasks, and executing routine maintenance with no supervision. This role includes replacing basic components and assisting in minimizing unplanned downtime through proactive maintenance efforts. What You'll Do :Other Requirements:Critical Competencies: Repairing and Maintaining Mechanical Equipment:Ability to independently perform routine maintenance and component changes Monitoring Processes, Materials, or Surroundings and Troubleshoot:Detail-oriented approach to inspections and identifying potential failures Making Decisions and Solving Problems:Strong troubleshooting skills for basic mechanical and operational issues Communication and Collaboration:Effective collaboration with team members to support plant operations Evaluating Information to Determine Compliance with Standards:Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work effectively within a team Proactiveness:Proactive mindset in minimizing unplanned downtime and improving reliabilityQualificationsSkills You Need : Education: High School diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations, preferably within the aggregate industry.
