Business Analyst / Product Manager (Healthcare Focus)

About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Analyst / Product Manager to help translate business needs into well-designed, scalable products—primarily within the healthcare domain. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who is analytically strong, curious, and eager to grow into broader product ownership and leadership responsibilities over time.The ideal candidate is smart, adaptable, and motivated to learn, with enough healthcare exposure to understand industry context (e.g., payers, providers, data, compliance), but not necessarily a long tenure in product management. This role offers significant opportunity for growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness AnalysisGather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholdersTranslate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaAnalyze workflows, data models, and system interactions to identify gaps and improvementsSupport solution design by working closely with engineering, data, and architecture teamsProduct ManagementAssist in defining product vision, roadmap, and prioritiesCollaborate with stakeholders to balance business value, technical feasibility, and timelinesOwn and refine product backlogs; participate in sprint planning and reviewsSupport go-to-market planning, release coordination, and post-launch evaluationContinuously identify opportunities to improve user experience and product outcomesCross-Functional CollaborationAct as a bridge between business, technical teams, and leadershipCommunicate clearly across technical and non-technical audiencesSupport decision-making with data, analysis, and structured thinkingRequired Qualifications2–5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or a related roleSome experience or exposure to healthcare (payer, provider, health IT, analytics, compliance, or adjacent domains)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environmentComfortable working remotely and collaborating with distributed teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience with healthcare data models, workflows, or standards (e.g., claims, eligibility, clinical data, FHIR, HL7)Experience working with Agile/Scrum teamsFamiliarity with product tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Productboard, etc.)Technical curiosity (APIs, data platforms, analytics, or cloud systems)What We’re Looking ForSomeone intellectually curious who wants to grow into a senior product roleA self-starter who takes ownership and asks thoughtful questionsA team player who values clarity, structure, and impactSomeone who can evolve with the role as the product and organization scale
