If you're organized, compassionate, and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare setting, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoBuild and maintain positive, supportive relationships with clients to foster a safe, therapeutic environmentEncourage and facilitate client participation in programming and daily activities while ensuring adherence to schedulesProvide timely and accurate updates to department heads regarding client and departmental needsSupport nursing and clinical staff with client preparation for appointments and clinical servicesObserve and promptly report changes in client medical or behavioral status to licensed staffIntervene compassionately in client crisis situations, supporting de-escalation and emotional regulationObtain and accurately document client information, including vital signs, as permitted by training and policyMaintain electronic health records (EHR) with accuracy and timelinessSupport medication management workflows under nursing supervision, within your scope of trainingPrepare and maintain clinical areas, equipment, and supplies in accordance with infection control and safety standardsManage patient admission and discharge processes using software systemsSupport Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) treatment sessions by preparing rooms and assisting with client preparationCompile and report patient outcome and satisfaction data to support quality improvement initiativesCollaborate across departments on performance improvement projects and special initiativesLearn and work toward independent facilitation of psychoeducational and skills-focused group sessionsPerform additional duties as assigned by leadershipWhat We're Looking ForEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)CPR/First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain upon hirePrevious experience in healthcare, behavioral health, medical office, or direct client care settings (preferred)Experience supporting clinical workflows and electronic health record (EHR) systems (strongly preferred)Experience working alongside nursing or multidisciplinary clinical teams (preferred)Essential Skills & AttributesExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse populationsStrong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to observe, document, and report changes in client presentation to licensed staffAbility to manage conflict appropriately and support de-escalation effortsAdaptability and ability to respond effectively in fast-paced, evolving situationsBasic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite proficiencyHigh moral and ethical values with appropriate interpersonal boundariesEmotional intelligence and maturity of judgmentWillingness to be open to learning and growing in a clinical environmentFlexibility to accommodate changes in work schedule as neededValid driver's license and appropriate referencesNice-to-Have SkillsFamiliarity with Deep Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (dTMS) treatment workflows in a behavioral health settingUnderstanding of safety protocols, infection control practices, and structured therapeutic environmentsExperience with web-based products and software systemsPhysical RequirementsThe physical demands of this position include:Routine mobility including standing, stooping, bending, lifting, walking, and runningRegularly sitting and working at a computer workstationAbility to lift up to 30 lbs regularlyReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.Why Join Our Team?As a Client Support Associate, you'll play a vital role in a collaborative, mission-driven organization dedicated to behavioral health excellence.
