When you join the Lovet team, you will help create positive, lasting impressions and build trust and loyalty with patients.Greeting patients and clients with a warm, friendly smile and convey a calm, compassionate, and reassuring demeanorHelp answer any questions a client may have, including referring them to another team member if neededUpdate patient recordsCollect and process paymentsRetrieve prescriptionsAssist clients with pet supply and grooming purchasesMaintain front lobby area in a clean, neat, and orderly mannerHow You'll Succeed:Comfortable interacting with furry, fuzzy, feathered, and scaly friends with calm and compassionHave strong interpersonal and oral communication skillsHave basic office skills such as typing, filing, and professional phone etiquetteHave your high school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Since opening our doors in 1984, the AZPetVet family has grown to include 22 small animal, general practice hospitals in the Greater Phoenix Metro area.
