Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, market research, and lead generation activities including storm chasing and door knocking.
Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demos to showcase our products and services, demonstrating their value to potential customers.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent account management and customer service.
Insurance/Restoration Management: Meet adjusters and see claims process through from start to finish
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and support colleagues.
Performance Tracking: Utilize sales management tools to track and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales and account management.
Strong lead generation and cold calling abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Familiarity with sales management tools and processes.
