Our Sales Development Representatives act as the initial point of contact and are responsible for hunting and qualifying leads to build sales opportunities for the team.What You’ll DoSource new sales opportunities through inbound qualification and outbound outreachQualify prospects through consultative selling while leveraging BANT criteriaGrow top of sales funnel through warm and cold outbound campaignsResearch companies and add prospects to our outbound listMaintain accurate client relationship data within SalesforceWhat You NeedGraduating in 2026 with a B.S. (or higher) from an 4 year accredited universityStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent listening skills and energetic phone presenceHigh level of comfort with sales, prospecting and marketing tools & processesDedication to tracking and improving performance and efficiency on a daily basisDeep interest in understanding business challenges Sense of entrepreneurship: a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and ability to work within undefined processesNice to HavesPrior experience with customer-facing and/or sales rolesPrior CRM experience (preferably Salesforce)Experience with financial services salesExperience at a high-growth startupAbility to understand financial servicesFor candidates located in NYC or SF, the pay range for this role is $76,000 - $104,500.
