Inside Sales Representative, SLED

Job Description: Thrive in a supportive but independent workplace with the opportunity to grow as our organization growsTarget new SLED customers through cold outreach and lead generation campaigns via phone calls and emailsManage full sales cycle for State, Local Government and Education opportunitiesBalance scheduling sales meetings with new clients on a weekly basisEnsure all customers are on an active Keeper contractBuild and create a constant pipeline of prospect customers to scopeAct as a subject matter expert on all Keeper products, staying knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes, updates and new productsParticipate in cold call and role play activities and shadow calls with colleaguesDevelop relationships with prospect customer contacts across SLED accountsUtilize additional sales resources to target and identify new public sector business opportunitiesLeverage Salesforce.com database to accurately reflect pipeline and account activityFacilitate the proposal review process for new business opportunitiesUtilize cooperative contracts and purchasing vehicles to accelerate opportunities and support public sector procurement processesWork with internal teams and partners to align sales efforts with SLED procurement requirements and contracting pathwaysAbility to travel to and from customer meetings (locally and nationally) & rent and/or operate a vehicle on behalf of the companyRequirements: 2+ years of experience within software or tech sales, preferably within the IAM or cybersecurity industry1+ years of SLED or government sales experience within software or tech salesAn accomplished track record of exceeding quotas, selling software into IT organizationsExperience managing full sales cycle is preferredFamiliarity with cooperative contracts and public sector purchasing vehiclesExperience working with a Customer Relationship Management tool is preferred, expertise with Salesforce.com is highly desiredProficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite programsWeb-conference demo experienceUnrivaled sense of autonomy, ownership, and dedication to helping customers realize their intended valueEnergetic and self-motivated; a team player who is also a proactive and creative problem solverAptitude for learning software; strong with business applicationsDue to this role's involvement in FedRAMP, all applicants must be a US CitizenAbility to travel up to 25%Undergraduate degree preferred (BA/BS)Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision (inclusive of domestic partnerships)Employer Paid Life Insurance & Employee/Spouse/Child Supplemental LifeVoluntary Short/Long Term Disability Insurance401(k) (Roth/Traditional)A generous PTO plan that celebrates your commitment and seniority (including paid Bereavement/Jury Duty, etc.)
