ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with the AI team, product managers, and developers to understand project requirements, user needs, and business goals.User Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and understand user behaviors and pain points.Wireframing and Prototyping: Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.UI Design: Design high-fidelity user interfaces using design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual style.User Testing: Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and improve designs.Design Systems: Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all POC projects.Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs and maintain the integrity of the user experience.Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and competitive.
