We are passionate about thoughtful design and our clients’ experience and are looking to expand our team by adding an Interior Design Assistant to our Denver studio. This part-time position will support both the Principal Designer and Junior Designer in all aspects of the design process. As a small, collaborative firm, every team member plays an integral role in the success of our projects. We value professionalism, accountability, adaptability, and a positive team dynamic.Position OverviewAs a boutique design firm, every team member plays an integral role in the success of our projects. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and willing to contribute wherever needed. This position requires someone who is eager to wear many hats, take initiative, and help move projects forward — even when direction or information may initially be limited. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on the needs of the firm and overall fit within the team.Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as business needs dictate)Assist the Principal Designer and Junior Designer with all phases of the design process Support client meetings through note-taking, measurements, photography, and organization of project information Assist with sourcing furniture, lighting, fabrics, materials, and accessories Organize samples, client presentations, and project documentation Assist with procurement, order tracking, installations, and project coordination Communicate with vendors, tradespeople, and workrooms regarding project needs and timelines Run project-related errands including sample pick-up/drop-off and site visits Maintain organized client files, schedules, and project timelines Assist with styling, installations, and on-site project support Provide administrative and operational support to help projects progress efficiently Assist with general office organization and calendar coordination as needed Job Skills and RequirementsProfessional verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative Flexible, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude Eagerness to learn and grow within a boutique design firm environment Experience exercising discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company and personal information Job Qualifications Degree or coursework in Interior Design or related field 1–3 years of experience in interior design or related industry Computer proficiency required; experience with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, and related design software preferredReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for project-related tasks Company OfferingsTitle: Interior Design AssistantMonday – Thursday 9:00am – 3:00pmSalary dependent on experience Year-end bonus based on firm profitability Monthly contribution for mobile phoneEach mile of personal car use based on IRS tax code (This does not include commute mileage) This is an in-office position, not remote
