Denver, CO (Hybrid | 3–4 Days Onsite)Start: ASAP through July 2026 (potential extension)40 hrs/weekPay Rate: $25 - $30/hourOur client, a globally recognized leader in the outdoor and performance apparel industry, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Design Operations Coordinator to support seasonal creative initiatives and product design operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at timeline management, and enjoys partnering cross-functionally across creative, merchandising, product development, and marketing teams.This role will support two key areas of the business:Execution of a large-scale Seasonal Creative Kick Off (CKO)Development and management of in-line and non-inline product design calendars across multiple seasonsYOU WILL:Build and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, and status trackersCoordinate logistics, scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder communicationsLead execution and onsite coordination for Seasonal Creative Kick Off eventsPartner with Global Creative Direction and Brand Marketing teams to bring seasonal creative narratives to lifeSupport development of detailed seasonal calendars for Product Design, Print, Graphics, Color, and Merchandising teamsEnsure alignment with Global GTM processes and key product milestonesIdentify project risks proactively and develop contingency plansAct as a key point of contact across multiple internal teamsYOU HAVE:5+ years of Project Management or Operations experience3+ years of Product Design Operations experience OR strong understanding of the product design lifecycle from concept through deliveryExperience managing timelines, milestones, and cross-functional workflowsStrong organizational, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to build and maintain visual calendars in fast-moving environmentsExperience in apparel, outdoor, or consumer products industries preferredProactive mindset with exceptional attention to detailPreferred Tools & SystemsWrikeSmartsheetAirtableCoupaFigmaPowerPoint / KeynoteAdditional DetailsSchedule: Monday–Friday | 9am–5pm MTEquipment provided by clientInterview Process: 1–2 rounds max
