Job Title: Python Test Automation EngineerLocation: Reston, VA / Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)Duration: Full Time PermanentRequired Qualifications10+ years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.5+ years of hands-on experience developing automation solutions using Python.Strong expertise in Python, OOP concepts, and automation framework development.Experience with PyTest, Unittest, Robot Framework, Behave, or similar testing frameworks.Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, and/or Appium.Strong API automation experience using Requests, Postman, REST/SOAP services, and Swagger/OpenAPI.Experience integrating automated tests with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.Strong SQL skills with hands-on database testing and validation experience.Excellent debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Proven ability to lead testing initiatives and mentor team members.
