Pensacola, FL (Hyrbid Flex)$130,000 - $160,000 + Bonus + BenefitsWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead the ground-up development of a premier high-rise multifamily project on Pensacola's shoreline. This is a high-impact role for a leader who can take ownership from preconstruction through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead all phases of construction for a large-scale, ground-up high-rise multifamily projectManage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryDrive preconstruction activities including estimating, value engineering, and permittingMaintain strong relationships with ownership, design teams, and key stakeholdersOversee risk management, safety, quality control, and contract complianceProvide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project staff and field teamsQualifications8-12+ years of construction experience with at least 3+ years in a Senior Project Manager roleProven experience delivering high-rise or large multifamily projects (ground-up required)Strong knowledge of coastal construction considerations preferredExpertise in budgeting, scheduling (Primavera/MS Project), and contract managementExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related fieldBenefitsFull Health, Vision, Dental Benefits401k match/retirementAllowancesPer Diem
