Electrician - Instructor (Part Time and Full Time)You will be guiding our students in their journey towards entry in the trade. Your primary responsibility is to instruct students in both theory and mostly hands-on curriculum within a classroom environment. With passion and expertise, you explain and demonstrate the various jobs and tasks to be performed, emphasizing safety at every step and reviewing job safety analysis with each student. You also excel in organizing and providing supplemental training when necessary, and conducting refresher sessions when required. Ensuring tools and equipment are in optimal condition for both performance and safety is a key part of your role. You take on the role of supervisor, assigning tasks and schedules to students, and ensuring they follow curriculum guidelines and safety standards diligently. You maintain attendance records and grade entries in accordance with state and accrediting standards. Additionally, you uphold established rules and conduct expectations within the school. An Electrician Instructor will prepare and educate students to assume entry level positions in the electrical field. You will be joining a dynamic family-owned and operated business since 1945.
