Role Description This full-time, on-site role in Port Charlotte, FL, involves teaching and mentoring students in the field of electrical systems and safety. The Electrical Instructor will develop and deliver lesson plans, provide hands-on training, and assess student progress to ensure mastery of key concepts. Additional responsibilities include maintaining compliance with curriculum standards, fostering an engaging and supportive learning environment, and staying current with industry advancements. Qualifications Strong knowledge and experience in Electrical Safety and Electrical MaintenanceProficiency in Electricity and the ability to teach related conceptsExperience with Training and Curriculum Development in a technical or educational settingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to motivate and effectively guide students in achieving educational goalsPrior teaching experience in a related field is preferredLicensed electrician or relevant professional certification is an advantageAssociate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred
