What does a sales and service representative do? Minimum 1 year of previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role requiredMust have experience in a performance-based environment (i.e. individual sales goals and metrics)Ability to listen to member needs and suggest appropriate financial products tailored to their needsMust be comfortable meeting deadlines and working within a fast-paced environment while providing stellar customer servicePossess excellent listening skills with the ability to ask probing questions, overcome objections, and understand member concernsStrong critical thinking and decision-making skillsThere will be additional incentives such as quarterly bonus payouts based off sales performance.
