Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a strong background in concrete construction to support preconstruction and bidding efforts across a variety of projects. This role is critical in developing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project scope, and supporting successful project execution from early planning through award.ResponsibilitiesManage projects from initial planning through final completion, ensuring full ownership across all phases.Coordinate and maintain project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely information flow during the preconstruction phase.Review drawings, specifications, and related materials to gain a thorough understanding of project scope and requirements.Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, labor, and equipment.Develop comprehensive cost estimates for commercial concrete work, including foundations, slabs, structural walls, and site concrete.Assist in developing project schedules, sequencing, and site logistics strategies.Solicit, evaluate, and compare pricing from vendors and subcontractors.Prepare and submit complete, competitive bid packages within required timelines.Work closely with project management and field teams to align scope, schedule, and execution plans.Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits to support accurate estimating.Track bid outcomes and maintain estimating data for future reference and benchmarking.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and subcontractors.Coordinate with design teams, including structural engineers, to support project development and constructability.Support contract negotiations and assist in finalizing agreements with clients.
