Warehouse Manager / Warehouse CoordinatorPosition OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for a growing home service company. This position is responsible for inventory management, parts ordering, fleet organization, warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring technicians have the materials and equipment needed to perform their jobs efficiently.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.ResponsibilitiesInventory & Parts ManagementMaintain accurate inventory levels of HVAC, plumbing, water treatment, and service-related parts and equipment.Order parts, tools, materials, and supplies as needed.Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.Track inventory usage and maintain stock levels.Conduct regular inventory counts and audits.Manage vendor relationships and coordinate deliveries.Fleet & Vehicle ManagementEnsure service vehicles are properly stocked and organized.Monitor truck inventory and replenish materials daily.Track vehicle maintenance schedules and service requirements.Coordinate vehicle repairs and equipment replacements.Maintain records of fleet inspections and registrations.Warehouse OperationsKeep warehouse clean, organized, and safe.Establish and maintain storage systems for parts, equipment, and tools.Load and unload deliveries.Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment when needed.Enforce safety procedures and warehouse standards.Technician SupportPrepare materials and equipment for scheduled installations and service calls.Ensure technicians have all required parts before leaving each morning.Assist with job staging and material preparation for upcoming projects.Coordinate emergency parts procurement when needed.Administrative DutiesMaintain purchase orders and inventory records.Track material costs and usage.Assist management with inventory reporting and forecasting.Identify opportunities to reduce waste and improve efficiency.Support company growth through process improvements and organization.QualificationsPrevious warehouse, inventory, logistics, or operations experience preferred.Experience with inventory management systems is a plus.Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and inventory software.Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a warehouse environment.Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Forklift experience preferred but not required.Strong attention to detail and accountability.Desired TraitsReliable and punctual.Self-starter with minimal supervision.Problem solver with a positive attitude.Team-oriented and professional.Takes pride in keeping equipment, vehicles, and facilities organized.BenefitsFull-time positionCompetitive pay based on experiencePaid holidays and vacationAdvancement opportunitiesCompany-provided tools and equipmentStable, year-round workSchedule: Monday–Friday with occasional overtime as needed.Pay: Based on experience and qualifications.
