Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Warehouse Manager role located in Fort Myers, FL. The Warehouse Manager will oversee all daily operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient management of inventory and stock. Responsibilities include managing inventory control systems, ensuring safety and compliance, operating forklifts when necessary, and collaborating with other departments to streamline warehouse operations. Additionally, the Warehouse Manager will oversee managing staffing, training, and supervising the warehouse team while maintaining a safe and organized workspace. Qualifications Strong skills in Stock Control and Inventory Control.Experience with Inventory Management and Operations Management.Proficiency in Forklift Operation and knowledge of safety standards related to warehouse equipment.Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to train and supervise staff effectively.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Experience in logistics or warehouse management is preferred.High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certification in warehouse management or logistics a plus.
