We offer a full benefits package including ample vacation and sick time, paid medical, dental, and vision, 401K match, and much more!We look for passionate individuals who enjoy working as part of a team in a customer-focused environment.At Cameron Ashley we Play To Win!ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSResponsible for driving and leading all outside sales / business development functionsMotivate and lead a sales team, daily, to drive sales and profit growth by developing a sales strategy that focuses on CABP's core products and valuesMaximize profit by reviewing daily sales and margins and making recommendations for improvementConstantly review and communicate market trends and competitive products in your trading area and use this information to ensure market competitivenessReview less than one inventory on a biweekly basis to determine selling strategiesMonitor and measure performance goals and sales expectationsAssist HR with all aspects of the hiring, coaching, discipline, and dismissal employee processesResponsible for performance management process of all direct reports per Company guidelinesImplement and maintain all Company policies and directivesQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree in Industrial Distribution, Business, Construction, Business, or Supply Chain OR equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree10+ years outside sales & sales management experienceBuilding Material industry and / or wholesale distribution experience preferredProven sales management experienceProven track record of cost saving initiatives with the ability to implement change and lead by exampleAbility to pass drug test and background checkMust have a valid Driver's LicenseEQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYERWe offer a competitive salary, excellent benefits, and paid time off.
