This is a perfect role for an entrepreneurial-minded, high-performing Engineering Manager who can bring structure and leadership to a team known for it's advanced engineering and programming talent. What You’ll Do • Lead manufacturing engineering team across high-precision CNC machining, grinding, and complex assemblies • Own tooling, process development, programming strategy, and industrial engineering initiatives • Drive process improvement, cost reduction, and throughput optimization across the shop • Partner with operations leadership to align engineering with production goals and schedules • Implement new technologies (automation, advanced manufacturing methods) to scale output • Standardize processes, improve documentation, and strengthen design → build → test feedback loop • Manage multiple projects, capital equipment, and engineering resources What We’re Looking For • BS in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or related • 10–15+ years in machining-heavy manufacturing (CNC, grinding, tight tolerance environments) • Leadership experience managing manufacturing or process engineering teams • Strong background in tooling, programming, and process optimization • Experience with value engineering, xywuqvp cost reduction, and continuous improvement • Entrepreneurial mindset, career-driven, wants to grow with a scaling business Why This Role • High-growth company with strong financial backing and real investment in operations • Opportunity to build and scale engineering infrastructure, not just maintain it • Visible leadership role with direct impact on production and company growth • Clean runway for advancement into senior leadership Resumes can also be e-mailed to Ross at
