LIMS Transformation & Change Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking a LIMS Transformation & Change Manager to support and deliver Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) initiatives within a regulated Life Sciences environment.This role focuses on the planning, coordination, and organizational aspects of LIMS programmes, ensuring effective delivery, strong change adoption, and alignment between laboratory users, quality teams, and IT partners. The position is wellsuited to someone with strong project management and change management skills and handson experience working in regulated laboratory settings.Experience & QualificationsExperience• Experience working with LIMS systems in a Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or MedTech environment.• Experience supporting LIMS implementation, upgrade, or optimisation projects is strongly preferred.• Familiarity with laboratory operations and regulated (GxP) environments.Education• Bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, IT, or a related discipline.• Formal project management or change management training is an advantage, but not essential.Key Skills• Strong organisational and coordination skills• Project management support (planning, tracking, reporting)• Change management and user adoption support• Stakeholder communication and facilitation• Laboratory process understanding• Documentation and compliance mindset
