The Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice, conducting research, negotiating, and handling labor and employment law matters as part of the insurance defense services offered by the firm. The ideal candidate would have 3 to 5 years of experience. ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support to clients and assist attorneysMaintain client relationshipsPrepare legal reports and documentsQualificationsExperience in Law and Labor and Employment LawStrong skills in Legal Advice and ResearchAbility to negotiate effectivelyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to the state bar in IllinoisExperience in insurance defense is a plus
