How you’ll make an impact in this role Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established organizational policies, procedures, and clinical protocols. Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans, documenting and communicating changes in patient condition. Coordinate interdisciplinary care, serving as a liaison among healthcare team members to ensure well-organized, effective treatment. Carry out physician and nursing orders and assist with assessing and planning patients’ discharge needs. What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration: BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing OR current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State. Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.
