This role is hands-on and fast-paced, ideal for someone who thrives in high activity environments and can manage multiple openings while maintaining a strong candidate experience.What You'll DoManage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hourly roles across warehouse and production environmentsSource, screen, and interview bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates dailyCoordinate hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach to build talent pipelinesPartner closely with hiring managers to meet aggressive staffing targets and reduce time-to-fillWhat You BringExperience recruiting for high-volume, light industrial or warehouse rolesFluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environmentStrong communication skills with a focus on candidate experience and hiring manager partnershipExperience with ATS systems and high-volume sourcing tools - ATS preferred
