Emergency Department near Columbus OH is seeking an emergency medicine physician to join the team.This moderate volume emergency department will offer a physician the choice to be an independent contractor or an employ of the group. The department has ample coverage considering many hours of double coverage with physician assistants. Shift hours are 7-a to 7-p and the schedule is made out on a rotating schedule, usually 3 on 4 off, but is flexible if larger blocks of work time and off time are requested. Physician cover both days and nights. They use Epic EMR in the emergency department. This department runs similar to a level 11 trauma center. Excellent backup and nursing staff. Physician is paid a very competitive hourly rate. If employment is chosen full bennies and cme are offered. Higher hourly rate, but no bennies for an I/C.
