Full & Part-time servers We are a Baja California restaurant & bar in Buda looking for Front of House team members who are driven, anticipate guests needs, multitask efficiently and communicate effectively. Servers are knowledgeable and ensure product is served to the guest of the highest standards, are experts on company culture and all things menu related. Above all, the role of server is to create a memorable dining experience for every guest. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and energy Take orders accurately and deliver food/drinks promptly Bartending experience is a big plus; otherwise, we will train you Assist with opening/closing duties: cleaning, organizing, resetting for the next day Support the FOH team and gradually take on leadership responsibilities Qualifications Prior restaurant service experience preferred Bartending skills strongly preferred but not required Strong communication and teamwork abilities Dependable and punctual Leadership potential to be able to train, support, and set an example for newer staff Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 37.0 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid training Work Location: In person
