This is a remote position within the engineering and manufacturing industry, where you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth and success. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering on sales targets. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong sales background, a passion for the engineering and manufacturing industry industry, and a desire to make a significant impact on a growing company.Responsibilities:As a Permanent Sales Representative, your duties will include but are not limited to:1. Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets.2. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.3. Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the Midwest region.4. Preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our services.5. Negotiating and finalizing contracts with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.6. Conducting product training sessions for clients, providing them with the necessary knowledge and skills to utilize our services effectively.7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.8. Providing regular sales reports to management, detailing sales activities, progress towards targets, and potential opportunities or challenges.Qualifications:To be considered for this role, you must have:1. A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the engineering and manufacturing industry industry.3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.4. Strong knowledge of sales strategies and techniques, as well as the ability to apply them effectively.5. Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to finalize contracts that are beneficial to the company and satisfactory to the client.6. Experience in preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients.7. Ability to conduct effective product training sessions for clients.8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.9. High level of self-motivation and ability to work effectively in a remote setting.10.
